Erica Burgos concentrates her practice on real estate law where she represents corporate and commercial real estate clients. She has experience representing development and construction companies, as well as landlords in connection with development and leasing matters as well as in representing owners of mixed-use properties. Additionally, she has prepared and negotiated purchase and sale agreements, leasing agreements and a variety of ancillary real estate related documents for both commercial and residential clients. Erica regularly performs title and survey reviews and negotiates owner title policies and facilitates the formation of corporations and limited liability companies. She also has experience in land use and zoning issues with municipal authorities throughout the Chicago area ranging from site plan approval, variance requests and zoning changes.
