Rachael Browning is an Associate in the London office of Locke Lord LLP where she concentrates her practice on banking and financial services matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Rachael has years of experience advising well-known finance companies and banks on a broad range of issues from advice on their contractual documentation, business structures, customer service documents, policy documents and procedures to issues such as satisfactory quality disputes, undue influence, fraud, misrepresentation, limitation, title disputes, liens, criminal restraint orders and more.
