Rachael Browning is an Associate in the London office of Locke Lord LLP where she concentrates her practice on banking and financial services matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Rachael advises clients on the Financial Conduct Authority regime, consumer credit law and regulations, civil and court practices and on many other areas of law impacting those who provide financial services.
Rachael has years of experience advising well-known finance companies and banks on a broad range of issues from advice on their contractual documentation, business structures, customer service documents, policy documents and procedures to issues such as satisfactory quality disputes, undue influence, fraud, misrepresentation, limitation, title disputes, liens, criminal restraint orders and more.
Rachael also has significant experience in representing clients in mediations and has dealt with disputes involving Trading Standards, the Financial Ombudsman Services and cases involving insolvency.
