  • Defended multinational food-services franchising company in international arbitration against licensor
  • Defended multiple insurance providers in state and federal courts against claims arising from bad-faith coverage allegations
  • Assisted in conducting investigation and self-disclosure to Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) regarding unlicensed export of crime controlled “ankle monitor” offender tracking devices
  • Defended leading oil and gas company against vendor-filed lien claims and secured favorable settlement for company
  • Represented creditor groups in complex Chapter 11 restructuring proceedings
