Chris Boeck has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including commercial and consumer finance, intellectual property, oil and gas and business contract litigation. He has substantial experience on the plaintiff and defense sides in arbitration, state and federal trial courts, and on appeal — before the Dallas Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit, and U.S. Supreme Court.
Chris also dedicates a substantial portion of his practice to providing commercial and regulatory guidance to clients in the firearms industry, including compliance with the National Firearms Act, Gun Control Act and ATF guidelines.
In addition, Chris assists clients with state tax litigation matters, including commercial property tax appeals and defense of tax lien foreclosure actions, including tax litigation matters involving pipelines, power plants and high-value aircraft, among other things.
