Jeffrey Ankrom focuses his practice on consumer finance and mortgage litigation. He has extensive litigation experience with state foreclosure laws, federal mortgage servicing regulations, housing discrimination laws, the bankruptcy code, and public and assisted housing programs. He regularly reviews consumer finance laws and regulations (including RESPA, TILA, ECOA and Fair Housing Act), cases, and consent orders of CFPB and FTC to advise clients of developing issues.
