Financial Services Litigation
Nick frequently defends a wide range of financial services companies in both individual and class action litigation involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and state consumer fraud and unfair or deceptive business practices statutes.
Aviation Litigation
Nick routinely defends airlines and other aviation companies in both state and federal litigation. Nick's experience involves allegations covering a wide spectrum of issues, including negligence, third-party contribution and breach of contract. Nick holds an FAA commercial pilot's certificate with instrument, multi-engine, and seaplane ratings.
