Houston-Led Team Represents Range Resources Corporation in Sale of Oil and Gas Properties to Castleton Resources for $245 Million

A Locke Lord team led by Terry Radney and Hunter Summerford (both of Houston) represented Range Resources Corporation in the sale of producing oil and gas properties in the Terryville Field in northern Louisiana by Range Louisiana Operating, LLC, and Range Resources – Louisiana, Inc., to Castleton Resources LLC for $245 million, plus contingent payments that are a function of commodity prices. Additional assistance was provided by Jerry Higdon, Brandon Lobb, Tammi Niven, Ed Razim, Buddy Sanders, Elizabeth Guffy, Andrew Nelson and Case Towslee (all of Houston) and Stephen Murphy (Washington, D.C.).
