A Locke Lord team led by Nick Jennings and Marc Abrahams (both of London) acted for Matthew Haw and Gordon Thomson (of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP) as joint administrators of Mucho Mas Ltd (t/a Chilango) in connection with the sale of the business and assets to RD Capital Partners for an undisclosed sum. Other members of the Locke Lord team included David Grant and Ben Henry (both of London).
