    Locke Lord Team Serves as Local Counsel to Fengate Asset Management in Acquisition of Freeport Energy Center From Calpine Corporation

    A Locke Lord team led by Carrie Collier-Brown (Austin) represented Fengate Asset Management as local counsel on the acquisition of the Freeport Energy Center from Calpine Corporation for an undisclosed value. The acquisition of Freeport Energy Center builds further on Fengate's recent activity in the power and energy sector.
