A Locke Lord team represented Woodland Midstream II, LLC in an equity investment from EIV Capital. Woodland Midstream II, LLC will be engaged in acquiring and developing natural gas, natural gas liquids, oil and water midstream infrastructure in emerging basins throughout North America. The capital commitment to Woodland Midstream II, LLC closed Oct. 24, 2018. Additional assistance was provided by Ed Razim and Jeff McPhaul (both of Houston).
