A Locke Lord team led by Chris Martin (Houston) represented Serna Insurance Agency, Inc., in the company’s acquisition by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. for an undisclosed value. Serna executives and associates will continue to operate their private client, personal lines and commercial insurance services from their current location under the direction of Gallagher.
