A Locke Lord team represented a syndicate of lenders in Jamestown’s purchase of The Shops Buckhead Atlanta, a six-block complex of retail space and offices as well as two development parcels totaling 2.7 acres. Jamestown closed on the purchase on July 18 for an undisclosed amount. Additional assistance was provided by Paul Pruett, Michelle Gutierrez-Begin and Caleb Dunson (all of Houston).
