A Locke Lord team represented Lodestar Energy Group LLC in the acquisition of a set of rail logistic assets from Stolt-Nielsen Ltd. The assets, acquired for an undisclosed value, were moved into a new subsidiary, Lodestar Rail Services. Lodestar Rail Services operates as a full-service rail logistics management business within the Lodestar Energy Group portfolio of companies. Additional team members included Chuck Reeder (Dallas).
