A Locke Lord team represented ION Geophysical Corporation in a public offering of 1.82 million shares of ION’s common stock together with warrants to purchase an additional 1.82 million shares. The offering, completed on Feb. 21, 2018, resulted in net proceeds of $47,547,500, which will be used to pay off existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
