Locke Lord Represents Intrepid Investment Management in Rio Grande E&P Investment

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo (Houston) represented Intrepid Investment Management, LLC, the investing platform of Intrepid Financial Partners, in its investment in Rio Grande E&P, LLC. The deal closed on May 30, 2018, for an undisclosed amount. In conjunction with Intrepid Investment Management’s investment in Rio Grande, Rio Grande completed its acquisition of Columbus Energy, LLC for approximately $20 million, prior to closing adjustments. Rio Grande is a privately held company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of natural gas and oil assets in South Texas.
