Locke Lord London Represents Derriston Capital Regarding Conditional Share Purchase Agreement to Acquire S4 Capital Limited

    A Locke Lord London team of James Channo and Nicholas Jennings represented Derriston Capital plc, an LSE standard listed shell, regarding its conditional share purchase agreement to acquire S4 Capital Limited, Sir Martin Sorrell’s newly incorporated entity aiming to build a multi-national communication services business focused on growth. Sir Martin Sorrell contributed £40 million in the venture in a recently completed £51 million equity fundraising. Per terms of the deal, Derriston Capital plc will change its name to S4 Capital plc.
