Locke Lord Represents Nautic Partners and Portfolio Company Community Medical Group in Sale of CMG to Centene Corporation

A Locke Lord team led by Andrew Capalbo and Paul Mahoney (both of Providence) represented Nautic Partners and its portfolio company Community Medical Group (CMG), a leading at-risk primary care provider serving over 70,000 Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and Health Insurance Marketplace program patients in Miami-Dade County, Fla., in the sale of CMG to Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC). Additional Locke Lord team members included Eugene McDermott, Lori Basilico, Joseph Farside and Michael Serra (all of Providence) and David Szabo (Boston). Locke Lord counseled Nautic in its acquisition of CMG and advised the Company on varied matters during Nautic’s ownership.
