Houston Team Represents Stewart Information Services in Acquisition of Title365 Company's Retail Branch Division

A Locke Lord team of Christopher Martin and David Taylor (both of Houston) represented Stewart Information Services Corporation in the acquisition of the retail branch division of Title365 Company. According to the Stewart press release, the acquisition represents strategic growth in key markets as more than 250 employees and 15 Title365 offices, primarily in Southern California, are now operating under the Stewart name. The deal closed June 2, 2017 for an undisclosed value.
