Locke Lord Assists ProTucket Insurance Co. in Establishing Rhode Island Subsidiary
A Locke Lord team assisted ProTucket Insurance Co. in the company's establishment as a subsidiary of Pro Global Insurance Solutions P.L.C. in Rhode Island. ProTucket Insurance is the first Rhode Island insurer created for run-off portfolio transfer solutions under the state's Regulation 68. For more information, please see the Pro Global press release.
