Locke Lord served as legal advisor to MobileHelp in the company’s acquisition by ABRY Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, announced on Feb. 8, 2017. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. MobileHelp is the trade name for Integrity Tracking LLC and the company provides mobile Personal Emergency Response Systems and health management solutions.
