Texas Team Represents Mesa Line Services in Acquisition by AEA Investors
A Locke Lord team led by Kevin Peter (Houston) represented Mesa Line Services, LLC in the company’s acquisition by AEA Investors in November 2017. Mesa, a utility services provider operating in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico, was purchased for an undisclosed value. Additional assistance was provided by Ed Razim, Buddy Sanders and Mechelle Smith (all of Houston) and Paul Nason (Dallas).
