Houston Team Represents Main Street Capital Corporation in Acquisition of Oildom Publishing Company of Texas

A Locke Lord team led by Greg Heath (Houston) represented Main Street Capital Corporation, the parent company of Gulf Publishing Company, in the acquisition of Oildom Publishing Company of Texas, Inc. for an undisclosed sum. The deal adds three publications and two industry conferences to the Gulf Publishing Company portfolio and increases the company’s presence in the midstream and utility sectors. Buddy Sanders and Jeannie Diep (all of Houston) also assisted on the deal.
