Locke Lord Advises Coral Reef Capital in Investment in Krewe Energy

A Locke Lord team served as legal counsel to Coral Reef Capital, a New York-based private investment firm, in its investment in Krewe Energy, LLC, an oil and gas exploration and production company based in Covington, La. Coral Reef’s investment closed on Dec. 28, 2016, and financial terms were not disclosed. According to the Coral Reef press release, the new investment will be used to recapitalize Krewe Energy and further support its growth. The Locke Lord team consisted of John Eisel (Chicago), Kevin Peter, Terry Radney, and Jeff Wallace (all of Houston)
