Boston’s George Ticknor led a team representing Lamar Advertising in its $458.5 million acquisition of the assets of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc., in five U.S. markets including Reno, NV, Seattle/Tacoma, WA, Des Moines, IA, Cleveland, OH and Memphis, TN. The deal included a $300 million committed bridge financing from JPMorgan and will ultimately add more than 5,500 bulletin and poster faces, including 132 digital displays, in these five markets to Lamar’s portfolio.
