Texas Team Represents Karbach Brewing in Sale of Brewer to Anheuser-Busch InBev.

A Locke Lord team represented Karbach Brewing Co. in the sale of the Texas craft brewer to Anheuser-Busch InBev. Karbach will join AB InBev’s diverse portfolio of craft breweries within The High End. The deal was announced on Nov. 3, 2016 and financial terms were not disclosed. The Locke Lord team was led by Kevin Peter (Houston) and included Ed Razim, Buddy Sanders, Jeannie Diep and Ryan Morgan (all of Houston) and Van Jolas (Dallas).
