Houston Team Represents Woodland Midstream in $40 Million Investment From EIV Capital

Locke Lord Sara Longtain represented Woodland Midstream LLC as the Woodlands, Texas based company received a $40 million investment from EIV Capital. Woodland Midstream will use the funds to acquire and build out natural gas pipeline and processing infrastructure in East Texas and bordering states, and to develop service-based partnerships across the region. The deal was reported in the Oil & Gas Financial Journal.
