Locke Lord Represents Symrise in $397 Million Purchase of Pinova Holdings From TorQuest Partners
A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo represented Symrise Inc., a global supplier of fragrances, flavorings, cosmetic base materials and substances, in its $397 million purchase of Pinova Holdings, Inc., from TorQuest Partners Inc. The deal strengthened Symrise’s scent and care operations and expanded the company’s range of fragrance ingredients.
