Houston Duo Counsels PCORE Exploration & Production's $149 Million Sale of Underdeveloped Acreage and Oil and Gas Producing Properties
A Locke Lord team of Terry Radney and Hunter Summerford provided legal counsel for PCORE Exploration & Production, a portfolio company of Natural Gas Partners, in the $149 million sale of underdeveloped acreage and oil and gas producing properties to Parsley Energy Inc. The horizontal drilling locations are located in Upton, Reagan and Glasscock counties in Texas’ Permian Basin. The deal which was announced on Wednesday, December 9 and closed in January 2016.
