Locke Lord Counsels JPMorgan Chase Bank in Connection With Loan for Construction of Liberty Mutual Insurance Headquarters
Locke Lord acted as counsel to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and a syndicate of other lending institutions in connection with a $282 million loan for the construction of a new Liberty Mutual Insurance campus headquarters facility planned for construction in West Plano. The project is valued at approximately $325 million. The project will consist of two, twenty story office buildings containing approximately 996,000 square feet. Real estate developer KDC Holdings, LLC is building the campus, which was designed by architect Omniplan. The deal was led by Partner Brad Hawley with the assistance of Senior Counsel Tini Nguyen and legal assistant Barbara Koepp.
