Locke Lord represented affiliates of SunnyBrook Senior Living in the sale of a senior housing portfolio to American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust II for $164 million. The 12-property senior housing portfolio totaled 680 units located throughout Iowa. The sale closed August 26th. The Locke Lord team included Janis Loegering, Kyle Davis and Marc Lipscomb.
