Navitas Midstream Partners
Locke Lord represented Navitas Midstream Partners, an oil and natural gas pipeline company based in The Woodlands, TX, in a deal with private equity firm Warburg Pincus LLC, in which $500 million in equity was committed to Navitas. The transaction closed June 4. Bill Swanstrom and Eric Larson led the Locke Lord team.
