Memorial Production Partners LP - Eagle Ford Shale

Locke Lord represented Memorial Production Partners LP in the acquisition of producing oil and gas properties in the Eagle Ford Shale area of South Texas from Alta Mesa Holdings, LP for $173 million. The properties consist of approximately 15,200 gross acres and include interests in 117 producing wells. Memorial also acquired a 30 percent interest in the seller's non-producing Eagle Ford leasehold through the deal. Lawyers Terry Radney and Hunter Summerford represented the client.
