We represented MVC Private Equity Fund LP in the January 2012 leveraged acquisition of Gibdock Limited, which owns and operates the ex Royal Navy Dockyard in Gibraltar, from Yachting World (Jersey) Limited. The cross-border transaction involved acquisition and financing work in the United States, the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, and the Netherlands.
