Ampersand Invests in Blue Sky Biotech

Our lawyers represented Ampersand in the majority interest acquisition in Blue Sky Biotech, Inc.  This transaction involved a migratory merger of the target from Massachusetts to Delaware, followed by Ampersand's investment.  Blue Sky Biotech, Inc., based in Worcester, Massachusetts, is a contract research organization that provides molecular biology, protein expression, scale-up bioprocess, and assay services to pharmaceutical companies. Ampersand Capital Partners is a private equity firm based in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
