CHFA Housing Mortgage Finance Program Revenue Bonds, 2013 Series B
Edwards Wildman serves as co-bond counsel to the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority in connection with its single family and multifamily mortgage revenue bond financings. Most recently, it served in this capacity in connection with the Authority’s $231,485,000 Housing Mortgage Finance Program Bonds, 2013 Series B, which were issued in the Fall 2013. The 2013 Series B Bonds consisted of six subseries of variable and fixed rate AMT and Non-AMT bonds, the proceeds of which were used to provide funds for new home mortgage loans and multifamily mortgage loans and to refund and/or replace and refund several outstanding series of bonds. In its capacity as co-bond counsel, Edwards Wildman is responsible for, among other things, preparation of all disclosure documentation in connection with each offering.
