    Publications
Ellen Hughes-Jones, intellectual property attorney in the Firm's London office, wrote an article about the struggle that rightsholders have in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights on the internet, in particular where the owners or operators of websites containing infringing material are hard to identify in Intellectual Property Magazine. In the article, "Own Goal: When Site Blocking Goes Wrong," the authors discussed whether the courts will continue to use their discretion to make orders requiring ISPs to take steps to protect the IP rights of the applicants from continued infringement by a third party.
