A Locke Lord QuickStudy authored by New York Partner Andrew Otis was quoted by Bloomberg Law in coverage of the Environmental Protection Agency rescinding nonbinding guidance intended to clarify permitting requirements for indirect water pollution.
The QuickStudy, published in January 2021, notes the now-rescinded memo “did not provide any actual guidance to either permit writers or applicants.”
