With an extensive background in structuring all types of financing transactions and representing the full spectrum of issuers in Texas, Troell strengthens the Firm’s full-service public finance capabilities in the state.

“Locke Lord’s nationally recognized public finance team, deep bench of tremendous lawyers and culture of collaboration make it the perfect fit for my practice and clients,” said Troell. “The Firm has shown a strong commitment to Texas public finance, and its deep ties and continued emphasis on growth within the state excite me for the future and the future of my clients in Central and South Texas.”
