Locke Lord Partner and Executive Committee Member Michelle Earley has been named to The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors (BOV), a nonfiduciary, appointed volunteer advisory board that is committed to the institution’s mission of Making Cancer History®. Earley’s term is effective Sept. 1.
Earley joins Senior Partner and Chairman of the Houston office Jeff Love, who is a BOV Board and Executive Committee member at MD Anderson.
An active member of the community, Earley serves on the Executive Committee of the Austin Area Research Organization and the Board of Directors of Austin Ed Fund and Westcave Outdoor Discovery Center. Earley is also a member in the Junior League of Austin, the Austin Chapter of Jack and Jill of America Inc., and Impact Austin, as well as a regular volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
For nearly 80 years, MD Anderson has joined in the global fight to end cancer. MD Anderson is ranked No. 1 for cancer care in U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Hospitals” survey.
