Texas Lawyer Features Arrivals of Public Finance Trio in Austin; Group Positions Firm to Leverage Expected Growth in Public Infrastructure Arena

    News

Texas Lawyer ran a feature announcing the arrival of three public finance lawyers in Locke Lord’s Austin office: Adam Harden as a Partner, along with Senior Counsel John Hall and Justin Rodriguez. The trio fulfill a long-held goal to expand the Firm’s bond counsel capabilities in Texas, one of the largest and most diverse public finance markets in the country, and beyond.

Kevin Twining, Co-Chair of Locke Lord’s Public Finance Practice Group, noted that the Firm has been interested for several years in expanding its bond counsel practice to go along with its established team representing issuers and underwriters in municipal bond offerings. Commenting on the exceptional and hard-working trio, Twining noted, “We’ve known them for some time. It’s the right fit for us.”

Stephanie Massey, Co-Chair of Locke Lord’s Public Finance Practice Group, added that expanding the Public Finance Practice Group puts the Firm in a good position to take advantage of expected growth in public infrastructure when the economy rebounds as the coronavirus pandemic subsides.
