Three lawyers in Locke Lord’s London office have been recognised among the world’s leading trademark groups in the 2020 edition of the World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000, ranked in United Kingdom: England.
John Olsen, Co-Chair of Locke Lord’s Trademark, Copyright and Advertising Practice Group and Chair of the Firm’s International IP Practice Group, has been recognised as a UK Luminary by WTR 1000. The publication notes, “Very few lawyers can match his outstandingly strategic mind and tenacious commitment to clients. He has a loyal following.”
Ben Hitchens was recognised by WTR 1000 for enforcement and litigation. The publication cites his “no-nonsense advice” and describes him as “unflappable” and “an outstanding lawyer and IP specialist” who “is especially potent when enforcing European trademarks.”
Paolo Andreottola was recognised for prosecution and strategy. He was commended for his “broad experience, high proficiency and trademark know-how,” which “have built him a truly impressive stable of multinational patrons.”
Now in its 10th year, the WTR 1000 shines a spotlight on the firms and individuals that are deemed outstanding in trademark law.
