Nicole Fry concentrates her practice in commercial, banking and finance litigation/dispute resolution and restructuring and insolvency. In particular, she has experience in advising asset-based lenders, consumer financiers, companies, directors and insolvency practitioners, including in relation to title, guarantees, enforceability of consumer credit agreements, misrepresentation, fraud, director/shareholder disputes, formal insolvency procedures, review/enforcement of security, realising assets, fixed charge/LPA receiverships and antecedent transactions/investigations. Nicole makes proactive recommendations for the revision of standard documents to limit or avoid further disputes.

Nicole is a member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and the IWIRC London Network. She is actively involved in doing pro bono work, including giving legal advice on civil matters to litigants in person at the Royal Courts of Justice Advice Bureau. She is also the London representative of the Firm’s Associates Committee.
