Our lawyers work across key global industry sector groups, ensuring that our clients receive ‎the most up-to-date, focused and commercially relevant advice to them from other sectors and ‎businesses as well as the one in which they operate.

We have been and are instrumental in guiding our clients through changes to legislation and ‎regulation impacting the asset finance, motor and consumer finance sectors as well as supporting ‎other related areas such as payment services, cards and e-money.

Our team have advised on the launch of new and innovative finance products helping their ‎clients to compete in an ever challenging market. They provide guidance, assistance and advice ‎both on gaining authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and ensuring ongoing ‎compliance with all aspects and requirements of the FCA’s regulatory regime.

Whether a business operates in the more traditional paper environment or online, we take a ‎practical approach to advising clients to ensure they are fully compliant with the relevant ‎regulatory and legal requirements and have in place the correct customer journey, process and ‎procedures for their business.

We work closely with our employment team which also has a significant financial services ‎focus. The team’s experience includes advising on CRD IV remuneration issues, ‎defending bonus claims, advising on disciplinary and grievance issues involving whistleblowing ‎and other regulatory issues and defending banks and other financial institutions in Employment ‎Tribunal.
