Paulette Brown, Senior Partner at Locke Lord based in the Firm’s Princeton office and Past President of the American Bar Association, was featured in an article highlighting her new position as the Firm’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Brown discussed her focus on recruiting, retention and creating benchmarks for women, attorneys of color, attorneys with disabilities and LGBTQ lawyers at Locke Lord saying, “I would like to see people working on matters they have not worked on before. Brown noted that the Firm’s diversity and inclusion strategic plan will be developed and then implemented in stages. It is her hope to see results at Locke Lord within a year.
