Olsen, according to the publication, is a “very experienced practitioner who remains a trusted adviser to some of the world’s most famous brands.”
Olsen has more than 30 years of experience in intellectual property law and, in particular, trademark law advising individuals and multi-national companies on selection, acquisition, exploitation and enforcement of trademark rights throughout the world. He was previously listed among the top trademark lawyers in the 2016 Who’s Who Legal list, and he and his team have been at the top of The Legal 500 since the year 2000. The UK Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners UK, as well as Chambers Global have also recommended him as a leading IP lawyer.
Lawyers listed on the 2017 trademark list by Who’s Who Legal meet independent research criteria and were surveyed among international clients and peers.
