International Energy Lawyer Kevin Atkins Joins Locke Lord as Partner in its London Office

(LONDON) September 1, 2016 – Oil and gas transactional lawyer Kevin Atkins has joined Locke Lord as a Partner in the London office. Atkins has extensive experience working on complex cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, asset level farm-ins and farm-outs and joint venture structures for international oil and gas companies as well as representing clients across the energy sector seeking to raise capital whether by way of private equity investment or accessing equity capital markets or debt and project finance facilities.

Prior to joining Locke Lord, he was the partner responsible for the international oil and gas practice at Chadbourne & Parke LLP and was heavily involved in developing the firm’s Africa practice.
