The Nexus deal with Dimension was one of six transactions M&A Advisor included in the "Cross-Border Deal of the Year" for transactions between $100 million and $1 billion category and on the "Professional Services Deal of the Year” business to business transactions over $100 million list. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Winners of the M&A Advisor Awards – pulled from the list of finalists – will be announced during an event in New York City on November 17-18.
