    Edwards Wildman’s Daryl Lapp Represents Three Colleges in Environment Tax Credits Lawsuit, Reports Law360

    Daryl Lapp, co-chair of Edwards Wildman's Litigation Department is advising Boston University, Northeastern University and Wellesley College in a lawsuit claiming that the Massachusetts Department of Revenue wrongly denied them $17 million in tax credits for cleaning contaminated properties when it retroactively changed the credit scheme, reported Law360. In the article, “Colleges Say Mass. Denied Them $17M In Enviro Tax Credits,” Lapp noted that Northeastern claimed about $6.4 million, Wellesley $6.25 million and Boston University $4.4 million.
