    Heather Stone, a partner and chair of the Fund Formation practice group, discussed how generational change has become one of the biggest concerns for private equity houses and their limited partners (LPs) in recent years in Investment & Pensions Europe. In the article, "Private Equity: Handing Over the Reins," Stone said, "The established industry, at least in North America and Western Europe, has been around for 35 years. There are a lot of firms out there where original founders are getting to the point where they are thinking about how many more funds they want to be part of.”
